Ytech is seeking a Cloud DevSecOps Engineer to strengthen cloud security across AWS, Azure, and GCP in a hybrid setup with three days onsite per week. You will focus on policy refinement, access control, and secure software delivery while collaborating with Security, Software Engineering, and DevOps teams.

You will mentor junior members, contribute to improving the organisation's security posture, and help ensure secure engineering practices across development and deployment processes.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of professional experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) and least-privilege principles.
• Good understanding of Kubernetes security and cloud-native environments.
• Solid knowledge of Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and DevSecOps principles.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or similar tools.
• Experience integrating security controls into CI/CD pipelines.
• Scripting and automation experience using Python or PowerShell.
• Strong problem-solving and collaborative approach to security challenges.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Continuously analyse and refine cloud configuration policies to enforce least-privilege access across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Collaborate with Security, Software Engineering, and DevOps teams to strengthen the organisation's security posture.
• Mentor junior team members in DevSecOps practices.
• Support QA validation across functional and performance requirements in releases.
• Integrate security controls throughout CI/CD and software delivery processes.
• Automate security-related tasks and workflows through scripting and infrastructure automation.
• Identify security risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Stay up to date with security trends and compliance requirements.
• Advocate for secure engineering practices within the team.
