IQVIA in Lisbon, Portugal, is seeking an Intern for Country Site Activation. The role supports regulatory, contractual, and document-management tasks within clinical trial start-up. The internship offers hands-on experience in a global CRO and exposure to the site activation lifecycle.

The position is part-time, 35 hours per week, for 3 months. Ideal candidates are pursuing degrees in Life Sciences, with strong organizational skills and fluency in Portuguese and English.

Qualificações

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Health Sciences, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a team environment.

Responsabilidades

• Support the preparation and processing of contract addendums.
• Assist with regulatory submissions to relevant authorities and ethics committees.
• Prepare and track regulatory notifications.
• Support implementation and tracking of regulatory submissions and approvals.
• Conduct Trial Master File (TMF) reviews to ensure completeness and compliance.
• Maintain and update clinical trial systems and databases.
• Assist with administrative and operational site activation activities as required.
