Samlino Group in Lisbon is seeking a highly ambitious Chief of Staff to drive strategic priorities across three markets. You will collaborate with founders and international teams to accelerate growth, set ambitious goals, and translate them into actionable plans.

You should be proactive, analytical, and able to own complex programs from inception to delivery. Fluency in English and EU work authorization are required, with regular travel across markets.

Your Responsibilities

Start date and Travel

Flexible start date.

This role will cover all three markets, so regular travel will be part of what we have in mind for you! It will also include extended stays working hands‑on with the teams in the different locations.
