AstraZeneca in Lisbon is seeking a senior Change Manager to lead the people side of a large Transformation Office initiative. You will shape the change strategy, engage process owners, leaders, and operational teams, and ensure adoption of new ways of working across GBS.
You will design and deliver training, build capability, and measure adoption to ensure benefits are embedded and scalable by 2030. Fluency in English is required.
At AstraZeneca, transformation is about more than deploying technology - it is about enabling people, teams, and organisations to adopt new ways of working that deliver lasting value. Within Global Business Services (GBS), we are transforming how work gets done through AI-augmented ways of working, intelligent automation, and data-driven decision-making.
As Change Manager in the GBS Transformation Office, you will lead the people side of this transformation. Based in Lisbon, you will be accountable for shaping and driving the change strategy across the transformation portfolio, ensuring that process owners, operational teams, and leaders are engaged, prepared, and empowered to adopt and sustain new ways of working.
This is a senior role for someone who can turn technical delivery into durable behavioural and organisational change. You will help ensure that what succeeds in lighthouse initiatives becomes embedded, scalable, and sustainable across GBS.
This is an opportunity to shape how a global organisation adopts the future of work. You will join a transformation agenda that is rethinking processes, capability, and culture at scale, helping ensure that innovation is not only delivered, but embraced and sustained.
At AstraZeneca, we value curiosity, courage, and collaboration. We are building an environment where evidence matters, learning is continuous, and transformation is made real through people. If you are passionate about enabling change that lasts, this role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful enterprise-wide impact.
If you are energised by leading complex change, influencing across diverse stakeholder groups, and building adoption in AI-enabled environments, we would love to hear from you.
