Rehabilitation Center of Lisbon is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our caring team. This full-time overnight position runs 6pm–6am, three shifts per week with an every-third-weekend rotation, and starts at $20.00/hour plus shift differentials and weekend options.

You will assist residents with activities of daily living, observe changes in condition, and maintain a safe, respectful environment.

Qualificações

• As a minimum, an unencumbered CNA certificate (State of Iowa) or certificate of completion from a State of Iowa Accredited CNA program is required or preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) to ensure comfort and safety.
• Observe changes in residents' conditions and report promptly to the clinical team.
• Maintain a safe environment and uphold high standards of care and education for residents.

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:

As a minimum, an unencumbered State of Iowa Certified Nursing Assistant, CNA certificate, or certificate of completion from a State of Iowa Accredited Certified Nursing Assistant, Prior Certified Nursing Assistant, CNA experience is preferable.

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, CNA. you are the front line of the Clinical Department. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Rehabilitation Center of Lisbon by performing Activities of Daily Living, observing changes in condition, ensuring a safe environment, and maintaining education. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they are comfortable and safe.
