Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist them with their purchases
• Operate cash register and handle all transactions accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
• Answer any questions or concerns from customers
• Process returns and exchanges according to company policy
• Ensure the proper handling of all forms of payment including cash credit cards and vouchers
• Keep track of inventory levels and restock items as needed
• Collaborate with other team members to provide efficient service to customers

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent education
• Previous experience in a retail or customer service role preferred but not required
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
