We are currently hiring for the position of Carpenter in Porto, Portugal. This is a contract job with a salary of $1500 per month.

The ideal candidate should have a biometric passport and be physically fit as the job involves manual labor. The role is suitable for men who are physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions.

As a Carpenter you will be responsible for constructing, installing and repairing structures made of wood, plywood and other materials. Your main duties will include measuring and cutting materials to specific dimensions, installing fixtures such as cabinets and shelves, and using hand and power tools to shape and smooth materials. You may also be required to read blueprints and follow building codes.

To excel in this role you should have good knowledge of different types of wood and their characteristics. You should also have strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Previous experience in carpentry is not required but would be considered an asset.

You must also have good communication skills as you may need to interact with clients or other professionals on the job site.
