roadsurfer is seeking a mechatronics technician to keep campervans roadworthy and ensure customer satisfaction. You will oversee rental stations in your area and share responsibility for the technical condition of the fleet. You will perform minor repairs and help train station staff to handle simple fixes.

Fluency in Portuguese and solid English are required, with occasional travel. The role is based in Portugal and involves hands-on work with our campervans and service vehicle provided.

Qualificações

• Requires training as automotive mechanic or automotive mechatronics technician.
• Good flexibility and manual dexterity are expected.
• Willingness to travel occasionally and strong language skills in Portuguese and English.

The role - your passion

• Your main task is to keep our vehicles on the road in terms of traffic safety and customer satisfaction
• You oversee various rental stations in your area
• You share responsibility for the technical condition of our campervans
• You independently perform minor repairs on our vehicles and pass on your knowledge to station employees so that they can carry out repairs themselves to some extent
• You actively participate in shaping your work environment, are enthusiastic about new projects, and contribute your ideas

What you need to surf the wave with us

• You have completed training as an automotive mechanic / automotive mechatronics technician or a similar program in the automotive industry
• You possess extensive knowledge of various brands and vehicles, ideally familiar with our common models already
• A high degree of flexibility, occasional willingness to travel, and manual dexterity are natural for you
• You speak Portuegese fluently and solid English

The application process will be conducted in English, but the position is in Portuegese.
