• At least 21 years of age and a minimum of 160cm tall, with the ability to reach 212cm.
• Able to meet all UAE employment visa requirements.
• In possession of at least a high school (Grade12) diploma.
• Equipped with a minimum of one year of experience in hospitality or customer service.
• Free of visible tattoos while in the Emirates cabin crew uniform.

Your Earning Potential

As a GradeII Cabin Crew member, your monthly salary is designed to reward your time in the air. It comprises:

• Average Total Monthly Pay: Approximately AED11,244 (around USD3,061).
• Basic Salary: AED4,980 per month.
• Flying Pay: AED69.6 per flight hour (based on 80‑100 average hours monthly).
• Figures are approximate and include overseas meal allowances.
