KCS IT in Lisbon is seeking an Amazing C++ Developer with +5 years of software experience. The role is hybrid (Lisbon) and offers opportunities to work across multiple clients in diverse sectors.

You will contribute to high-load, real-time systems, drive migration and refactoring efforts, and lead technical initiatives with a strong emphasis on clean design, architecture, and modern C++ practices within a collaborative team.

Qualificações

• At least 5 years of software development experience with 2+ years in IT team leadership.
• Experience with electronic trading platforms or other high-load real-time systems.
• Experience in agile development methodologies.
• Experience in migration/refactoring projects to new rails.
• Proficient in C++ (11/14/17/20), STL and Boost.
• Strong understanding of design & architecture principles, data structures, and algorithms.
• Proficient Linux user with development tools like cmake, gcc, gdb.

The amazing you, will have:

• At least 5 years software development experience, with at least 2 years as an IT team lead
• Experience with electronic trading platforms or other high-load real-time systems
• Experience in agile development methodologies
• Experience in migration / refactoring projects to new rails
• Recent C++ (any of 11/14/17/20), STL and Boost
• Understanding of design & architecture principles, common data structures, and algorithms
• Confident Linux user including Linux dev tools (cmake, gcc, gdb)
