Metyis in Porto, Portugal, seeks a technology consultant to bridge business strategy and technology, with a focus on AI, data, and digital commerce. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on client engagements and contribute to enterprise IT strategies and AI initiatives.

You will lead workshops, shape IT roadmaps, evaluate AI/LLM solutions, develop business cases, and support delivery across international projects.

Qualificações

• At least 1 year of technology consulting experience.
• A degree in a quantitative field (e.g. Business Management, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science).
• Experience with modern integration and application architectures.
• Strong English communication and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Be an interface between business strategy and technology to enable business value.
• Apply structured, hypothesis-driven problem solving in ambiguous client situations.
• Build and deliver decks with the storyline needed to convince C-suite leaders on the feasibility and criticality of technology topics.
• Work with solution architects and other teams to shape IT strategies.
• Evaluate and select AI/ML solutions for enterprise contexts, including build vs. buy decisions.
• Develop business cases for AI investments, including ROI modelling.
• Project & Client Delivery.
• Support project leads and contribute to client meetings and workshops.
• Develop project plans in conjunction with various stakeholders.
• Manage project artifacts including requirements documents, milestones, and deliverables to ensure delivery on time, in scope, and within budget.
• Support the set up and facilitate workshops and interviews with client teams.
• Travel as needed for client projects.

What You'll Bring

Background

• At least 1 year of technology consulting experience, potentially in combination with relevant industry experience.
• A degree in a quantitative field (e.g. Business Management, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science).

Technology & Architecture

• Experience with modern integration and application architectures.
• Experience with eCommerce platforms (Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, etc.), ERP systems, cloud solutions, planning softwares, and end-to-end software development and project management platform (e.g. Azure DevOps).

AI & Data

• Demonstrated hands-on experience working with AI tools and LLMs.
• Ability to apply AI knowledge in a business context, not just as an end user.
• Strong communication skills (oral and written) in English.
• Proven ability to run workshops, facilitate interviews, and support development of presentations to senior stakeholders.
