Ramos Ferreira Groupis recruiting a Business Systems Programmer Analyst to reinforce the IT Department.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in the analysis and improvement of business processes;
• Gather requirements from different areas of the company;
• Develop and integrate application solutions (web and backend);
• Work with ERP systems, focusing on PHC;
• Collaborate on internal projects with multidisciplinary teams;
• Support the creation of dashboards and reporting (Power BI).

Requirements and soft skills:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent (preferred), or a 12th-grade vocational course in the field, subject to profile and demonstrated skills;
• No previous experience required;
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Autonomy, rigor, and strong priority management skills;
• Ease of communication and interaction with different business areas;
• Enjoy working in a team;
• No travel availability required.

Technical skills and competencies:

• Ability to analyze business processes, gather requirements, model data, and interpret schedules;
• Basic knowledge of tools and technologies: SQL Server (T-SQL, stored procedures), ERP PHC, JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Next.js, Node.js, .NET/C#, Power BI, and Git;
• Fluency in English, with a special focus on technical English (reading and writing);
• Experience in a multi-company/multi-country environment will be valued.
