At the end of the 1980s, we extended ours beyond the Middle East and acquired land in Portugal for the construction of a sterile factory for injectable pharmaceutical products. This was an important turning point for the company and our first step into a new region. Today, in Portugal, we have more than 1000 employees and 3 factories for the production of injectable medicines.

Hikma intends to recruit an Operations Business Analyst (m/f) to integrate the Operations Group, working on‑site.

The Operations Business Analyst will play a key role in supporting site operations through structured data gathering, analysis, and reporting. Acting as a link between production, supply chain, and quality functions, the role ensures visibility of operational performance, supports decision‑making, and contributes to the reliability and efficiency of execution across the site.

Main Responsibilities

• Support consolidation and validation of production data
• Monitor adherence to production plans and report deviations
• Track execution from planned production through to release and shipment readiness
• Support day‑to‑day operational follow‑up across manufacturing, packaging, and supply chain
• Prepare and maintain operational trackers and KPIs (plan adherence, output, service levels)
• Contribute to process standardization and implementation of new tools or workflows
• Support cross‑functional projects impacting site operations

Profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related areas
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Experience in pharma manufacturing or supply chain is a plus
