Natixis in Portugal is seeking a motivated Business Analyst to join its IT-Corp team. The role focuses on gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements in both French and English within a banking environment.

You will build strong relationships with business units and projects while ensuring alignment with objectives.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or related field (master’s degree a plus).
• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and business process reengineering.
• Proficiency in BA tools and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, UML).
• Knowledge of banking products, regulations, and compliance is highly desirable.
• Excellent English communication (mandatory).

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements in French and English.
• Develop and maintain relationships with business units and project teams to align objectives.
• Conduct detailed business analysis including gap analysis and data analysis to identify improvements.
• Create documentation: BRDs, functional specs, and user stories.
• Facilitate workshops to elicit requirements and gain consensus on deliverables.
• Provide insights based on industry best practices in banking.
• Support project management in tracking progress and risks.
• Participate in UAT to validate solutions against requirements.
• Mentor junior analysts on best practices.

Job Description

Natixis in Portugal is currently seeking a motivated and skilled Business Analyst to join its IT-Corp team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis within the banking sector and be proficient in English. This role requires collaboration with various stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements while ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Main Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements in both French and English.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with business units and project teams to ensure alignment and understanding of business objectives.
• Conduct detailed business analysis, including gap analysis, process mapping, and data analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Create clear and concise documentation, including business requirements documents, functional specifications, and user stories.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to elicit requirements and gain consensus on project deliverables.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on industry best practices and trends, particularly within the banking sector.
• Support the project management team in tracking project progress, managing risks, and ensuring timely delivery of solutions.
• Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate that solutions meet business requirements.
• Mentor and guide junior analysts in best practices and methodologies.

Qualifications

Hard Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Proven experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and business process reengineering.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, UML).
• Knowledge of banking products, regulations, and compliance requirements is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly (mandatory).

Soft Skills
