• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Proven experience working on Banking and Financial Services projects.
• Strong knowledge of banking operations, financial products, and business processes.
• Experience gathering, documenting, and managing business requirements.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience creating user stories, use cases, process maps, and functional specifications.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience working with stakeholders at multiple organizational levels.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical‑thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
