MetLife Portugal is looking for a Sales Executive to recruit, train and develop brokers in the Lisbon area and Algarve. The role reports to the Area Supervisor and focuses on growing the brokerage distribution with hands-on, face-to-face interaction.

You will manage a diverse broker group, drive growth targets, and contribute to MetLife's broader profitability. This office-based position requires energy, collaboration and a results-driven mindset.

Qualificações

• Bachelor degree level
• Driving licence
• Good knowledge of Microsoft tools
• Spoken English and native Portuguese
