Qualificações

• Proven experience as an accountant or in a similar role.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
• Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks and Sage.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Fluent in Portuguese (written and spoken).
• Biometric passport for identification purposes.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software.
• Prepare and process invoices, payments and expense reports.
• Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly financial reports.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
• Communicate with clients regarding their accounts and answer financial inquiries.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline financial processes.
