Bosch Home Comfort Portugal in Aveiro is launching the Career Acceleration Program – Boost for early-career professionals. Over 24 intensive months, you will explore diverse areas of the Bosch Group and be paired with a dedicated mentor to accelerate your growth.

You will rotate across Portugal sites and at least one international assignment, supported by a comprehensive training plan and opportunities for career progression within a global innovator.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering or business fields.
• Max 5 years professional experience.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
• Willingness to work across multiple sites in Portugal and abroad.

Responsabilidades

• Complete a 24-month rotation across Bosch sites, including at least one international assignment.
• Learn under a dedicated mentor and participate in a blended training plan.
• Contribute to Operations, R&D, Sales & Product Management, or IT projects.
• Engage in continuous professional development and cross-site collaboration.

Are you an ambitious early-career professional ready to fast-track your potential and make a tangible impact at a global innovator? The Bosch Career Acceleration Program – Boost is your gateway to an unparalleled professional journey.

Over 24 intensive months, you will embark on a dynamic learning experience, exploring various areas of the Bosch Group.

You will be paired with a dedicated mentor who will champion your development, offering personalized guidance, fostering insightful discussions about your professional aspirations, and providing constructive feedback to accelerate your growth.

Complementing this, you will benefit from a comprehensive and continuous training plan designed to sharpen your skills and expand your expertise.

Within this period, you will have three assignments, in Portugal (any site) and at least one international, depending on program alignment and business needs.

Your profile

We are looking for high-potential individuals with a drive to learn, a commitment to personal and professional development, and the ambition to build a fulfilling career at Bosch.

• Education: Degree in fields such as Mechanical Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Economics, Management, Industrial Engineering or fields related related to these areas of expertise.
• Experience: Maximum 5 years of professional experience. Experience in using agile methodologies is valued.
• Working Style and Methods:
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, enabling you to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • A natural collaborator, thriving in team settings and contributing positively to group objectives.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Personality:

• Languages: Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is essential for effective communication in our international environment.
• Mobility: Availability to work at any Bosch site in Portugal. Willingness to work abroad for a period (6 or more months).
