Neotalent Conclusion is seeking an IT Project Manager to join our teams and support a banking client. You will lead end-to-end technology initiatives, managing scope, timeline, budget, quality, and risk while aligning with strategic objectives.

You will collaborate with business and IT stakeholders, coordinate external suppliers, report progress with KPIs, and ensure governance compliance. A remote-friendly, growth-oriented environment with continuous training awaits.

Qualificações

• Proven experience delivering complex IT initiatives.
• Experience in financial or banking project environments (preferred).
• Knowledge of Waterfall and/or Agile methodologies.
• Certification-oriented credentials (PMP, PRINCE2) valued.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder communication skills.
• Proactive, autonomous, and initiative-taking.

Responsabilidades

• Lead planning, execution, and monitoring of IT projects end to end.
• Manage scope, schedule, cost, and quality.
• Coordinate with business and IT stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate risks, issues, dependencies.
• Manage external suppliers and ensure service quality.
• Prepare progress reports, KPIs, milestones.
• Ensure governance and internal standards compliance.
• Drive transparency, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
