Fyld is seeking a Data Engineer (Azure) to join our team in Portugal. You will work on building scalable data solutions using Azure data services, shaping data models, and implementing ETL/ELT pipelines to support analytics and reporting.

The ideal candidate holds a relevant Bachelor's degree and Azure certifications, with hands-on experience across Azure data platforms, Python/SQL/C#, and data engineering best practices. Fluency in English and collaborative mindset are essential for success.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Engineering, or related;
• Certifications in Azure, such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate or Azure Solutions Architect Expert;
• Hands-on experience with Azure services related to data engineering and analytics (Azure SQL Database, Azure Data Lake, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory);
• Familiarity with Azure storage and compute services (Azure Blob Storage, Azure SQL Data Warehouse, Azure HDInsight, Azure Functions);
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, or C# for developing data pipelines, data processing, and automation;
• Knowledge of data manipulation and transformation using Azure Databricks or Apache Spark;
• Experience in data modeling, data cleansing, and data transformation for analytics and reporting;
• Understanding of data architecture, ETL/ELT, data lake architectures, data warehousing;
• Knowledge of Azure security features (RBAC, Encryption, Azure Security Center);
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams;
• Strong problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot data engineering solutions on Azure;
• Fluent in English.
