Avanade Portugal is seeking a Cloud Resiliency Specialist to strengthen client cloud environments through robust DR, BC, and MIRP design. You will apply deep Azure knowledge to assess and improve both technical and operational resiliency, shaping recovery strategies and incident response with clear guidance.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in Azure HA/DR, proficiency in MIRPs, and strong communication with technical and executive stakeholders.

Qualificações

5+ years in HA/DR design for Microsoft Azure.
Strong Azure architecture knowledge including AZ components.
Familiar with resiliency patterns and SRE methods.
Ability to design MIRPs aligned with SLAs and risk tolerance.
Experience in business continuity planning and incident coordination.
Excellent written and verbal communication for technical/executive audiences.
Background in technical consulting or assessment-based delivery.

Responsabilidades

Assess resiliency posture of customer environments technically and operationally.
Evaluate DR plans, BC strategies, and MIRPs for effectiveness.
Analyze cloud infrastructure, app dependencies, observability, failover.
Review MIRPs, escalation, communications, recovery sequencing.
Identify risks, single points of failure across workloads.
Recommend Azure Well-Architected Framework and ITIL-aligned improvements.
Engage teams to capture RTO/RPO targets and recovery workflows.
Produce professional docs summarizing findings and maturity.
