Responsabilidades

• Coordinate, schedule and perform orientation and recurrent trainings.
• Support at required spot trainings from audit findings or learnings.
• Coordinate offsite trainings with local training providers.
• Maintain Company Authorization and Stamp roster.
• Conduct job-related trainings.
• Assist in issuing Training and Authorization related reports.
• Ensure compliance with aviation authorization requirements.
• Promote open communication, just culture and quality awareness in the company.
