Visteon in Palmela, Portugal seeks a Laboratory/Test Engineer to analyze environmental tests, validate data, and support ISO 17025 accreditation. You will work with test equipment, prepare sheets, and contribute to continuous improvement while collaborating with product development teams.

The role requires a Mechanical/Thermal Engineering background, strong English, and hands-on lab experience. On-site position with opportunities to influence testing standards and document quality reports.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Thermal Engineering.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with lab test equipment (shakers, chambers, DAQ).
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze, perform, and review environmental tests and data in accordance with customer specs.
• Prepare test sheets and evaluate test plans to align with requirements.
• Support ISO 17025 accreditation and OEM recognition programs.
• Prepare and review Test Reports ensuring data integrity and timely delivery.
• Develop and update test software and lab instructions; calibrate and maintain equipment.
