You will repair and restore damaged vehicles to their original condition, communicate with customers, inspect and assess damage, and determine repair methods and costs. Qualificações

• Proven experience as a Body Repair Master or similar role in an auto body shop.
• Extensive knowledge of vehicle construction repair techniques and equipment.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Proficient in welding, soldering, and other repair techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Must have own tools and valid work visa.

Responsabilidades

• Communicate with customers to understand the scope of repairs needed
• Inspect vehicles and identify damaged areas
• Determine repair methods and estimate costs
• Remove damaged body parts and replace or repair as needed
• Straighten bent frames and panels using specialized tools
• Weld solder or bolt replacement parts into place
• Ensure all repairs meet safety and quality standards
• Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies
• Train and supervise junior technicians as needed
