Alpineo Consulting in Lisbon, Portugal seeks an experienced Atlassian Data Center administrator to maintain Jira and Confluence reliability and performance.

You will lead platform lifecycle management, including upgrades, testing, and plugin compatibility (Exalate, CIS Discovery). Collaborate with IT teams and Cloud specialists to ensure governance and security, translating business needs into robust Atlassian solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure availability, stability, and performance of Jira and Confluence Data Center.
• Plan and execute upgrades for Jira, Confluence, and plugins.
• Validate releases through testing and manage plugin compatibility (e.g., Exalate).
• Collaborate with databases, storage, and networking teams.
• Maintain governance, documentation, and integrations with ServiceNow, Splunk, and Atlassian Cloud teams.

Core Responsibilities

1. Service Quality Maintenance

• Ensure availability, stability, and performance of Jira and Confluence Data Center
• Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis
• Recommend permanent fixes and workarounds

2. Platform Lifecycle Management

• Plan and execute Jira, Confluence, and plugin upgrades
• Validate releases through testing
• Manage plugin compatibility (e.g., Exalate)
• Maintain platform currency and security

3. Infrastructure Management

• Collaborate with teams managing:
• Databases
• Storage systems
• Load balancers

4. Governance & Expertise

• Apply Atlassian administration best practices
• Participate in configuration governance
• Maintain technical documentation
• Support integrations with:
