Mastercard in Lisbon invites applications for the Associate Product Specialist, Launch Graduate Program 2027. This 18-month program develops expertise in product management through real projects, mentorship, and structured learning.

As part of a collaborative team, you’ll identify metrics, run experiments, and help drive go-to-market activities. Ideal candidates are enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a 2026–2027 graduation window and strong ownership.

You will have the chance to learn how to develop business cases for new product opportunities, develop scalable customer-centric products, and see those projects through to go-to-market. What you’ll do

As an Associate Product Specialist, Product Management, you will:

What we’re looking for:
