Action in Portugal seeks an Acquisition Manager to join the Real Estate team and drive store expansion across the country. You will identify promising locations, create lease leads, negotiate rent terms, and ensure alignment with the expansion strategy.

You will coordinate with Store Operations, Legal, Finance, and Construction, manage external partners, and lead a team to deliver optimal store sites efficiently and on schedule.

Responsabilidades

• Expand Action's store portfolio in Portugal by creating leads and scouting locations.
• Assess location viability for new stores (footprint, demographics, visibility).
• Negotiate rent prices and lease terms to fit expansion strategy.
• Coordinate with Store Operations, Legal, Finance and Construction teams to align on store projects.
• Manage external partners and vendors involved in site acquisitions.
• Lead a team to deliver optimal store sites on time and within budget.
