Ecojob in Faro, Portugal is seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team. You will create and implement detailed architectural designs and plans for construction projects, collaborating with architects, engineers and clients to ensure compliance with building codes.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field, a minimum of 3 years of experience, and proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience as Architectural Technologist.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and other design software.
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations in Portugal preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Fluency in Portuguese is preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to develop designs and plans for construction projects.
• Use AutoCAD and other CAD software to create detailed drawings and models.
• Conduct site visits and surveys to gather necessary information for designs.
• Research materials and construction methods to ensure feasibility of designs.
• Prepare and present design proposals to clients for approval.
• Monitor project progress to ensure designs are implemented correctly.
• Make revisions to designs based on client feedback or changes in project scope.
