TransitPro Solutions in Funchal is seeking a creative Architectural Designer to draft detailed plans, drawings and models for diverse projects, collaborating with clients and contractors to meet codes and budgets.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Architecture, at least two years in architectural design, and proficiency in AutoCAD and design software. You will produce 3D visualizations and ensure compliance with building regulations while communicating effectively with stakeholders.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience in architectural design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software.
• Strong understanding of building codes and regulations.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop detailed architectural plans, drawings and models based on client requirements.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors and other professionals to ensure designs meet their needs and are feasible within budget constraints.
• Conduct site visits to gather information for design development.
• Create 3D visualizations of designs for client presentations.
• Ensure designs comply with building codes and regulations.
• Make revisions to designs based on feedback from clients and project stakeholders.
