EWOR GmbH is launching cutting-edge initiatives and seeking exceptional operators and builders to join our new department. You will lead 0-to-1 initiatives in Applied AI, translate vision into roadmaps, and architect scalable solutions.

Based in Europe or the Americas or open to remote, you will report to the department founder and collaborate with an elite team of engineers and researchers. Equity upside and competitive compensation are offered.

Requirements

• You are based in Europe or the Americas (or open to relocate/remote arrangements).
• You have a high-agency builder mindset, with proven domain expertise and the drive to take extreme end-to-end ownership.
• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
