Responsibilities

• Requirements Gathering: Understand the needs of business areas and translate them into functional specifications for Salesforce.
• Process Analysis: bananas current processes and propose improvements aligned with platform best practices.
• Documentation: Create and maintain functional documentation, including flows, use cases, and specifications.
• Functional Configuration: Perform basic configurations in Salesforce (objects, fields, layouts, reports, dashboards).

Qualifications
