Adecco Human Resources is recruiting AML / Transaction Monitoring Analysts to join an international team focused on preventing and detecting fraud and money laundering. This role is based in Portugal and requires strong analytical skills and English proficiency.

The successful candidate will analyze transactions, conduct investigations, prepare case narratives, and collaborate with Quality Control teams to improve AML processes.

Qualificações

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Transaction Monitoring.
• Experience in AML, alert investigation and case documentation.
• English level C1 with excellent written communication in English.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze transactions flagged by automated systems.
• Conduct end-to-end investigations from alert to conclusion.
• Prepare case narratives and documentation for potential SAR submissions.
• Perform research and background checks.
• Collaborate with Quality Control teams.

What do we need from you?

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Transaction Monitoring (mandatory);
• Experience in AML, alert investigation and case documentation;
• English level C1;
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;
• Excellent written communication skills in English;
• AML certifications (ICA, CAMS or similar) are a plus;
• Valid residence permit, EU/Schengen citizenship, or work authorization in Portugal.
