HN Services Portugal is seeking an ALM Treasury Analyst to join its international treasury team. You will monitor treasury activities, apply control frameworks, and support improvements across multiple European locations.

The role focuses on operational support, system interfaces, and collaboration with Front Office, Back Office, IT, and business management teams to drive process enhancements and risk mitigation.

Responsabilidades

• Support operational management and monitoring of treasury activities across European entities.
• Ensure treasury deals are interfaced across systems and manage events through the trade lifecycle.
• Apply operational controls to mitigate risks per the control framework.
• Maintain treasury processes and provide day-to-day production support.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Back Office, P&L, IT, and other stakeholders.
• Support projects including new products, activities, workflow improvements, system implementations, and migrations.
• Contribute to process re-engineering and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide operational support to Liquidity, Investment Solutions and Personal Finance activities.

We're looking for an ALM Treasury Analyst

Who We're Looking For

We are looking for an ALM Treasury Analyst to join an international Treasury team supporting treasury activities across multiple European locations. In this role, you will contribute to the operational monitoring of treasury activities, apply control and reporting frameworks, and support process improvement initiatives and business projects, while working closely with teams across Treasury, IT, and Business Management.

Professional Experience & Main Tasks

• Support the operational management and monitoring of treasury activities across multiple European entities.
• Ensure treasury deals are correctly interfaced across systems and manage events throughout the trade lifecycle.
• Apply operational controls to help mitigate operational and fraud risks in line with the established control framework.
• Maintain treasury processes and provide day-to-day production support.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Back Office, P&L teams, IT, and other business stakeholders.
• Support projects driven by Business Management, IT, and organizational teams, including new products, new activities, workflow improvements, system implementations, and migration projects.
• Contribute to process re-engineering and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide operational support to Treasury activities, including Liquidity & Investment Solutions and Personal Finance.
• Knowledge of treasury operations or financial operations processes.
• Practical knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Results-oriented with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
