Flix is seeking an AI Hub Project Lead to drive AI-first transformation within the Commercial Intelligence team. You will own end-to-end AI initiatives, collaborating with data science, engineering, marketing, and leadership to deliver measurable impact at scale.

You will evangelize AI practices, pilot new tools, and scale successful use cases across the organization, ensuring rigorous measurement and governance across projects.

Qualificações

• Master's degree or PhD in Data Science, Computer Science, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in data science, AI/ML, or analytical roles with leadership of complex cross-functional AI projects.
• Strong ability to manage multiple workstreams, align stakeholders and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on experience in Python and the broader data/AI ecosystem including cloud platforms, MLOps, LLMs, and experimentation frameworks.

As an AI Hub Project Lead in our Commercial Intelligence team at Flix, you can make an impact by driving AI-first transformation across the organization — leading high-impact initiatives that sit at the intersection of technical depth and organizational influence. You will work closely with a dedicated team across Data Science, Engineering, Marketing, and senior leadership to ensure our AI investments translate into measurable business outcomes at scale.

About the Role

• Own the end-to-end delivery of AI initiatives across the Commercial Intelligence organization: from scoping and prioritization through to production and adoption, defining clear success criteria and ensuring projects land on time with measurable impact
• Evangelize an AI-first culture within CI and across the wider organization — running workshops, sharing best practices, and building internal communities of practice that make AI tools and methods accessible to everyone
• Proactively identify, pilot, and scale AI use cases across CI and the broader organization, evaluating emerging AI tools and platforms and partnering with engineers and data scientists to turn proof-of-concepts into production-grade capabilities
• Manage cross-functional stakeholders — both technical and non-technical — aligning diverse teams and removing blockers to accelerate AI adoption across the business
• Translate complex AI concepts into clear, compelling narratives for senior leadership, marketing, and finance, making the technical accessible without oversimplifying
• Ensure the quality and rigour of attribution and measurement frameworks, acting as the connective tissue between technical teams building AI capabilities and the broader organization adopting them

About You

• Holds a Master's or PhD in Data Science, Computer Science, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field — or equivalent practical experience
• Brings 5+ years of experience in data science, AI/ML, or analytical roles, with a demonstrated track record of leading complex, cross-functional AI projects from conception to delivery
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, align diverse stakeholders, and deliver results in a fast-moving environment
• Strong working knowledge of modern AI and ML methods, tooling, and best practices, with hands-on experience in Python and the broader data/AI ecosystem — including cloud platforms, MLOps, LLMs, and experimentation frameworks
• Genuinely passionate about AI and its potential to reshape how organizations work — you experiment constantly, share learnings generously, and bring others along on the journey
• Experience with causal inference or econometric methods, a background in digital marketing or growth analytics, or familiarity with vendor evaluation and AI governance frameworks is a plus
