Allianz Services seeks an experienced IS Solution Architect – AI Security to shape security architectures for AI/ML systems and GenAI deployments across the enterprise. You will govern model lifecycles, data pipelines, and secure endpoints while enabling compliant AI adoption.

Responsibilities include defining policies, measuring KPIs, and advising engineering teams on risk and architecture decisions. This role blends technical depth with governance acumen.

Qualificações

• Higher education degree in Information Security, CS, Engineering, or related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in AI Security Architecture or Security Engineering in enterprise environments.
• Hands-on experience securing AI/ML systems, including model security and data pipeline protection.
• Strong understanding of AI-specific threats and attack vectors (prompt injection, data poisoning, model inversion).
• Experience with AI/ML platforms and cloud services security; IAM controls and secure inference endpoints.
• Knowledge of GenAI/LLM security, RAG pipeline security, and prompt injection defenses.
• Familiarity with AI governance frameworks: EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, ISO 42001.
• Solid security foundations: API security, IAM, data security, vulnerability management.
• Excellent English skills; interest in IT and GenAI is valued.

Responsabilidades

• Design and maintain enterprise AI security architectures for training, data pipelines, and inference endpoints.
• Provide guidance on securing AI/ML platforms and cloud services; enforce LLM/GenAI security controls.
• Draft and maintain AI security policies and model risk standards; support governance processes.
• Define and track KPIs for AI security posture and present governance reports to leadership.
• Lead AI security design authority and ARB processes; advise AI/data engineering teams on risk and architecture.
