Samlino Group in Lisbon seeks an AI Implementation Specialist to drive AI deployment and integration across its three markets. You will collaborate with software engineers, product teams, and researchers to build scalable AI workflows and deliver impactful business outcomes.

The role requires a proactive, fast-learning professional with fluency in Portuguese and English and an EU work permit. You will base in Lisbon and travel regularly to markets across Europe as needed.

• take a front-row seat to the agentic revolution, working with frontier LLMs and advanced autonomous frameworks like OpenClaw to build AI that actually acts
• lead the deployment and integration of artificial intelligence solutions
• bridge the gap between AI research, software engineering, and product implementation
• ensure that AI models and systems are successfully adaptedwork closely with our software developers and team leads to design scalable AI workflows
• integrate models and ensure performance, reliability, and alignment with our business goals

• Understanding of APIs, RESTful services, and microservice architecture
• Fluency in Portuguese and English and an EU work permit is required.
