Siemens Energy seeks an AI Implementation Specialist to partner with business teams, design and deploy AI-powered solutions, and drive adoption across the organization. You will build agents, copilots, and automated workflows while ensuring governance and security standards are met.

The role emphasizes hands-on technical delivery, stakeholder engagement, and practical AI transformations to improve efficiency and outcomes. Fluency in English is essential.

Qualificações

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Informatics, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI, AI agents, workflow automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Azure AI Services, OpenAI technologies, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into AI solutions.
• Fluent English; experience with enterprise AI deployments and governance is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, design, and implement AI use cases that improve efficiency and measurable productivity.
• Build, deploy, and maintain AI agents, copilots, and automated workflows.
• Drive AI adoption through training sessions, workshops, and hands-on coaching for business teams.
