Jobgether on behalf of a partner company seeks an AI-Assisted Developer Workflows Auditor for a freelance AI Trainer project based in Portugal. You will audit AI-assisted tasks to ensure technical soundness, reproducibility, and proper evaluation against testing criteria.

This remote contract role requires strong expertise in developer tooling, AI coding assistants, telemetry analysis, and IDE integrations.

Qualificações

• Professional experience with modern developer tooling and AI-powered development workflows.
• Familiarity with AI coding assistants, telemetry/trace analysis, and IDE integrations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; ability to test complex scenarios.
• Ability to work independently in a remote freelance environment.
• Access to a secure computer and reliable internet connection.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate developer workflow tasks for technical accuracy, realism, solvability, reproducibility, and alignment with testing criteria.
• Audit AI-assisted development scenarios to identify inconsistencies, logic errors, or workflow inefficiencies.
• Assess IDE integrations, tooling, telemetry and trace analysis, and AI-assisted coding workflows.
• Test and troubleshoot complex scenarios to ensure tasks function as intended and are reproducible.
• Provide clear, detailed, actionable feedback to improve AI training and evaluation tasks.
• Apply professional judgment to ensure audited workflows reflect real-world environments.
