Vodafone is seeking an Agile Delivery Manager within the Cyber Prevent team to design, implement and optimise data governance solutions. You will lead agile delivery across teams, coordinate ceremonies, and ensure timely, quality outcomes in the secure data management space within Vodafone's telco and network infrastructure.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor or Master degree and have demonstrated success delivering complex programs using SAFe and Azure DevOps, with strong stakeholder engagement

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's degree required.
• Proven track record delivering complex projects on time and budget.
• Experience using Azure DevOps to manage backlog, track delivery and report progress.
• Strong knowledge of SAFe/agile delivery practices, including PI planning and dependency management.
• Experience coordinating Agile ceremonies and facilitating ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.

Responsabilidades

• Lead agile delivery activities across operational and delivery teams within the Information Protection domain.
• Enable efficient and high-quality delivery of tools and automation supporting Vodafone's Cyber Prevent operations.
• Coordinate day-to-day Agile ceremonies and activities, ensuring smooth team collaboration and execution.
• Support and promote Scrum and SAFe practices across teams; identify and remove delivery impediments.
• Track, monitor, and report delivery progress against objectives and milestones.
• Facilitate successful sprint and release outcomes, ensuring consistency and predictability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align priorities and delivery expectations.
• Drive continuous improvement in Agile ways of working and team effectiveness.
• Foster a collaborative, fast-paced working environment; coach teams in Agile principles and mindset.
• Ensure transparency of delivery status, risks, and dependencies across stakeholders.
