Dauch Corporation in Porto, Portugal, seeks an Accounts Receivable Senior Specialist for maternity cover with a project-management focus to drive improvements. Hybrid work: 3 days in the office.

You will handle daily cash remittance, aging analyses, reporting, and collaboration with the GL, while executing month-end tasks and driving process improvements.

Qualificações

• Solid knowledge of customer billing and O2C processes.
• Strong communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines with high-quality output.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and workflow tools.

Responsabilidades

• Daily cash remittance application (cash allocation).
• Prepare reports on outstanding balances and collections.
• Support AR aging analysis and customer account reviews.
• Create credit and collection reports.
• Collaborate with other Finance teams (e.g., GL).
