Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and monitor day-to-day accounting transactions including invoice processing and travel expenses.
• Prepare and schedule payment proposals and ensure timely payments.
• Communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders to obtain invoices on time.
• Post invoices with correct information and ensure accuracy across systems.
• Investigate and resolve open items with multiple teams across locations.
• Support KPI development and reporting for management.
