Essity is seeking an Accounts Payable Administrator to join our collaborative team and manage AP activities across Europe Central. The role involves processing supplier invoices in SAP, communicating with suppliers, and supporting internal stakeholders including factory teams.

You will ensure accuracy, drive process improvements, and contribute to regional AP services for markets in Europe. A finance/accounting degree and SAP/Office 365 familiarity are required, with English fluency essential.

• Invoice Processing: Handle supplier invoices in SAP and ensure compliance with Essity’s global standards.
• Supplier Communication: Manage email correspondence and resolve queries promptly.
• Internal Support: Address tickets from internal stakeholders, including factory teams.
• Account Reconciliation: Investigate discrepancies and liaise with suppliers for resolution.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization.
• Regional Support: Provide accounts payable services for multiple European markets.
• Collaboration: Work closely with team members to maintain accuracy and efficiency.

About the role:

As an Administrator you will join our Accounts Payable team and manage Poland, Greece, Hungary, Czech Republic, Slovakia and Romania markets.

What you will do:

• Collaboration: Work closely with team members to maintain accuracy and efficiency across all tasks.

Who you are:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or equivalent.
• Previous experience in an accounts payable role.
• You bring strong organizational skills, a proactive learning mindset, a high sense of accountability and integrity, and a collaborative spirit with a natural willingness to help others.
• Familiarity with Office 365 and SAP.
