TMF Group seeks an Accounting & Tax Officer to support an international client portfolio with accurate bookkeeping, tax compliance, and corporate reporting. You will work with Account Managers across borders to ensure timely, accurate filings and documentation.

The role includes a flexible schedule with up to 60% remote work, health insurance, meal and transport allowances, and a strong emphasis on work-life balance. English proficiency is required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, or Finance.
• 2–4 years of accounting experience.
• Client interaction experience.
• Tax knowledge: VAT, WHT, Intrastat, CIT.
• Autonomy and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong rigor, organization and proper document archiving.
• Intermediate English.

Responsabilidades

• Book entries in the accounting process (calculations included) including more complex ones.
• Prepare account reconciliation output files.
• Collect all supporting documents for tax compliance (acc sfw or authorized client contact).
• Prepare VAT, WHT and Intrastat forms and collect CIT data for preparation.
• Upload tax information to submission application.
• Prepare corporate reporting files.
• Export accounting SAFT files and send to next review level.
• Prepare first draft of annual accounts.
• Populate validated final form at official application.
• Extract reports from ERP.
• Assist in audit processes and gather information requested.
• Collect daily correspondence with third parties to gather information.
• Send basic email correspondence to client (invoices, bank statements).
• Information and upload data to ERP to prepare invoice drafts.
