A Siemens Healthineers está à procura de um Trainee de Contabilidade para se juntar ao nosso HUB Regional de Contabilidade e Controlo. A função envolve assegurar a exatidão das Demonstrações Financeiras de várias entidades na Europa e apoiar auditorias e projetos de contabilidade.

Qualificações

• Inglês fluente, escrito e falado, é obrigatório.
• Conhecimento de SAP Financials é uma mais-valia.
• Conhecimento sólido de MS Office, especialmente Excel.
• Graduação em Administração de Empresas, Contabilidade, Economia ou equivalente.
• Boas habilidades de comunicação e trabalho em equipa.
• Flexibilidade e capacidade de trabalhar sob pressão em ambiente dinâmico.
• Foco em resultados e qualidade.

Responsabilidades

• Realizar atividades gerais de contabilidade e de sub-ledger.
• Analisar relatórios contabilísticos e demonstrações financeiras.
• Lançar faturas de terceiros.
• Lançar transações de caixa e banco.
• Realizar reconciliação de caixa com contas de clientes.
• Conduzir verificações de qualidade e responder a questões contabilísticas.
• Auxiliar nos processos de auditoria.
• Apoiar projetos relacionados com contabilidade.

Then come and join our team as Accountant Trainee in our Accounting & Controlling Regional HUB that is an accounting, closing and reporting competence centre, covering most companies of Siemens Healthineers in Europe. It ensures the correctness of the Financial Statements of 29 entities in the following countries: Belgium, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxemburg, Malta, Morocco, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Switzerland and United Kingdom.

Your tasks and responsibilities

• Perform general accounting activities and sub-ledger accounting activities
• Perform analysis of accounting reports, financial statements
• Perform posting of 3rd party Invoices
• Perform posting cash & bank transactions
• Perform Cash allocation to customer accounts
• Perform quality checks and provide answers on accounting matters
• Support the auditing processes
• Support accounting related projects.

Your qualifications and experience

• Fluent in English, written and spoken (mandatory);
• User knowledge inSAP Financials will be a plus;
• Very good MS Office knowledge, particularly in Excel;
• University Degreein Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or equivalent;
• Communication skills and team orientation;
• Flexibility and abilityto work under pressure, in a changing environment;
• Results and quality orientation.
