- Design and create advertising banners for digital campaigns (static and animated).
- Co‑create new solutions in the area of technological marketing.
- Collaborate closely with internal sales, customer service, and technical departments.
- Ensure consistency of customers' visual identity across all materials.
- Solid experience in digital advertising design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Photoshop.
- Basic knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with Adobe Animate.
- Strong sense of aesthetics and attention to detail in all design work.
- Creative approach and ability to propose fresh ideas.
- Good communication skills and openness to working with internal teams.
- Fluency in Polish and very good command of English.
- Well‑organized, with good time management and teamwork skills.
- Positive, energetic attitude and willingness to learn new technologies.
- Nice to have: experience with Key Visual creation (portfolio welcome), animation skills in After Effects and Premiere Pro.
- Participation in designing innovative solutions in the area of technological marketing.
- Stable, long‑term cooperation based on a B2B contract or contract of mandate.
