Vestas Technology & Operations > Manufacturing > Szczecin Nacelles

Responsibilities
  • Perform inspections of finished products to ensure they meet the highest quality standards and customer requirements
  • Monitor and document compliance with instructions, procedures, and acceptance criteria throughout the production process
  • Define and oversee repair scopes, maintain inspection and control lists, and report daily quality observations
  • Provide accurate documentation and attachments related to repairs, following established guidelines
  • Collaborate with production teams to execute quality control tasks and resolve issues as they arise
  • Identify and report delays or deviations from standard processes and contribute to root cause analysis
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting updates to work instructions and participating in 5S and Lean activities
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in quality control or manufacturing environments preferred
  • Familiarity with Standard Work Instructions (WI) and quality assurance procedures
  • Basic understanding of Lean principles and 5S methodology
  • Ability to read and follow technical instructions and documentation
  • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
  • Engaged attitude with a willingness to contribute to process improvements
