  • Ability to read and work with complex technical drawings and 3D models.

  • Interpret and validate technical documentation for large yacht construction.
  • Develop detailed technological instructions for yacht construction.

Your Responsibilities
  • Interpret and validate technical documentation, drawings, and specifications for large yacht construction
  • Develop detailed technological instructions and process documentation for yacht construction, including step‑by‑step assembly guidelines, working methods, and material recommendations
  • Optimize production processes and methods related to hull, deck, and superstructure assembly
  • Cooperate with engineers, naval architects, and craftsmen to ensure manufacturability and material feasibility
  • Monitor compliance with classification society and maritime regulations
  • Participate in technical reviews and support quality assurance processes
  • Solve construction‑related issues on the production floor and propose practical solutions
  • Coordinate changes and improvements during the build process
Our Requirements
  • Degree in naval architecture, marine engineering, mechanical engineering, or related technical field
  • Professional experience in yacht or shipbuilding (preferably vessels above 24 m)
  • Familiarity with materials and construction techniques used in modern yacht building (e.g., composites, aluminum, steel)
  • Ability to read and work with complex technical drawings and 3D models
  • Practical understanding of production methods and workflows
  • Strong problem‑solving and communication skills
  • Fluency in English; other languages are an advantage
