This position is based at our friendly office in Warsaw and you will join our Internal IT. The Internal IT team of six workplace specialists operates across Denmark and Poland providing onsite support to BECs employees and consultants across all office locations. The teams collaborates closely with our colleagues in both Workplace and Facilities management to ensure that our employees at all levels have a seamless experience.
Primary tasks and responsibilities include:

Walk-in support, incidents and requests:
- Record and resolve incidents and requests including handing out IT equipment
- Responsible for stock management of IT equipment, installing PCs, storage media and other types of IT equipment

Workplace and Meeting room equipment:
- Perform 2nd level troubleshooting and support. Investigate recurring issues and propose improvement suggestions. Roll-out major (OS) updates, BIOS, firmware etc. Monitor PCs, IT workplace equipment and AV-systems proactively. Keep BECs IT workplace and meeting room equipment up-to-date.

Asset Management, Re-use and Disposal service:
- Maintain inventory of IT assets, Maintain Fixed Asset register, maintain regulatory compliance by ensure proper lifecycle management.

On and offboarding:
- Ensuring that all IT equipment and prerequisites are ready when new employees or consultants joins BEC. Vendor communication (TDC, Atea etc.) Ensure that IT equipment is returned when employees or consultants are leaving BEC.

Enhance Service Delivery
- Achieve efficient and high-quality IT support by implementing robust systems for tracking and managing support requests and incidents

Optimize IT Equipment Management
- Ensure consistent experience, high quality, and optimal performance of all IT equipment

Foster Collaboration and Communication
- Promote a culture of open communication and teamwork within the Internal IT team and across departments to enhance collaboration

Technical Proficiency:
- Troubleshoot and resolve HW/SW issues efficiently. Support and maintain various operating systems. Stay relevant and competent by being curious and ensuring to be updated on new challenges and technologies.

- Diagnose and fix problems quickly. Analyze situations and develop solutions.

- Provide excellent support and advisory services. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance service quality. Create clear documentation for processes and solutions. - Identify, assess, and manage risks and impediments related to IT workplace and meeting room infrastructure.
