Job summary

Kainos is looking for Workday Extend Developers to shape our future product offerings on the Workday platform. You will join a Product team to focus on innovating new Extend-based solutions and bring them to a mature product.

In a fast-paced environment, you’ll build proof-of-concept work, gather user feedback, and collaborate with customers and prospects to design practical, scalable Workday extensions. You’ll mentor junior colleagues, uphold our values, and help grow a thriving partner

Qualifications

• Hands-on Extend development experience.
• Experience coding in agile delivery environments.
• Experience with REST and SOAP services.
• Clear communicator in English, with remote collaboration.
• Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.
• Ability to plan workload and meet deadlines.
• Apply standards and maintain high quality workmanship.
• Aware of confidentiality and data protection requirements.

Responsibilities

• Join a Product team to innovate Extend-based solutions.
• Identify, build and operate new Workday Extend products.
• Create proof-of-concepts and gather user feedback.
