Job summary

Spelman College seeks an ERP Program Manager to lead the Banner-to-Workday migration and ERP modernization. You will coordinate campus leaders, TEC, partners, and vendors to ensure a successful transition, governance, and reporting from design to closeout.

The role requires a four-year lead in PM with higher education experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage budgets, scope, and risks. A hybrid work arrangement is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least four years of direct PM and leadership experience; higher education experience preferred.
• Experience with project management software tools, preferably in higher education.
• Ability to adjust quickly to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides program management leadership for the Banner-to-Workday migration and related ERP workstreams across Finance, HR, Payroll, Student data, and integrations.
• Develops and manages the integrated program charter, scope, work plan, budget, schedule, milestones, dependencies, resource plan, quality plan, risk register, issue log, decision log, and communications plan.
• Facilitates governance and meetings with sponsors, steering committee, and stakeholders; ensures agendas and action items are documented and followed.
• Produces timely program status reports, dashboards, executive briefings, and escalations communicating progress, budget, risks, issues, and readiness.
• Maintains program governance, plans, documentation, reporting, and controls from design through testing, deployment, stabilization, and closeout.
